Vastukalp: Traditional Vastu for Modern Dubai

Dubai has modern apartments and spacious villas, each with its own layout. The same Vastu advice may not suit every home. In Vastukalp, we follow Vastu Shastra to understand directions, room placements, and the five elements regarding a property. Our recommendations are based on the current layout and are intended to offer solutions that do not involve any unnecessary structural modifications. If you are looking for a Vastu Consultant in Dubai, we can help you understand which corrections may suit your home or workplace.

How We Read a Dubai Home

Vastu Shastra has its roots in the teachings of ancient Indian sages, who observed how buildings affect the people living in them. We still use those principles today. Most residents did not plan their own homes. With vastu for home in Dubai, we look at what can be done with the layout they have. A flat on the thirtieth floor is no less important to assess than a villa at ground level. During a visit, we look at:

• Where the main entrance faces and what it lets into the home
• The kitchen, and how the fire element is placed
• The bedrooms, including the direction you sleep in
• The prayer corner and its position
• Where cash, documents, and valuables are kept
• Balconies, bathrooms, and any room that sits in an awkward corner

The Family Legacy Behind Vastukalp

Vastukalp is a family story that runs back more than four decades. Mr. Nand Kishore Jhajharia passed his knowledge to his son, Mr. Vimal Jhajharia, who became widely respected for correcting Vastu faults without demolition. The torch has now passed to Mr. Vikas Jhajharia, who has chosen to continue the family’s work.

Together, they have given lectures, run workshops, and advised on projects, from the earliest planning stage to buildings already in use. Today, this experience also guides their Vastu Services in Dubai. Their work has reached clients across more than 125 countries, with the UAE among them, and their knowledge has been recognised on several occasions.

Small Corrections, Big Difference

Nobody asking for a home Vastu consultation in Dubai wants a construction crew in their living room. So our suggestions are gentle: a shifted bed, a colour change, or better use of a corner. Sometimes a space needs a little extra strength. In those cases, we may suggest the Vastu Shankh Yantra, a sacred conch-form blessed by our Guruji and chosen according to the specific imbalance, so we always see the property first. This approach guides our Vastu Services in Dubai, with recommendations suited to each home and its existing layout.

Why Choose Vastukalp

Choosing the best Vastu Consultant in Dubai isn’t only about credentials. It’s about whether the person across the table actually hears you. At Vastukalp, we ask questions first and recommend later, since your family’s routine and priorities matter as much as your floor plan. Mr. Jhajharia has always believed in giving the most useful remedies at the lowest possible cost, and that promise still guides our work. If you would like a home vastu consultation in Dubai that respects both your budget and your home, get in touch with us to discuss your property.
