All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Custom or energy-aligned Vastu items (like Yantras) may require additional preparation time, depending on the product.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Timeline
Domestic Delivery (within India):
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery days.
If there is any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, operational delays), we will keep you informed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
Certain products may have free shipping, depending on promotions or order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.
5. Packaging & Safety
All products are packed with care to ensure they reach you safely.
Fragile items or sacred Vastu products are packaged with extra protection.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your:
Shipping address
Pincode
Phone number
are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Vastukalp is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
Wrong or incomplete address
Unreachable contact numbers
Consignee not available at time of delivery
In such cases, re-delivery fees (if applicable) may be charged.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
If you have a special request, you may contact our support team for a custom arrangement (subject to approval and additional charges).
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:
Photos/videos of the damaged product
Packaging and shipping label
Order ID
After verification, we will arrange a replacement as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
