1. Order Cancellation

Orders for any product, including the Vastu Shankh Yantra or other Vastu remedies, cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

For digital or consultation-based services, cancellations are not permitted once the session has been scheduled or the analysis has begun.

If you wish to request a cancellation immediately after placing the order, please contact us within 1 hour. Approval depends on whether the order has entered processing.

2. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once the product is shipped or the service has been delivered.

Due to the sacred and customized nature of our Vastu remedies, yantras, and consultation services, refunds are not applicable unless stated otherwise.

3. Replacement for Damaged Products

We take great care while packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged on arrival, you are eligible for a replacement.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of:

The damaged product

The packaging

The shipping label

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product.

Note: Replacement is offered only for physical damage during shipping, not for defects arising from misuse or handling after delivery.

4. No Return Policy

Products once delivered cannot be returned unless they fall under the “damaged on arrival” category.

Vastu items are energy-aligned and custom-prepared; hence, traditional return policies do not apply.

5. Refunds for Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of:

Payment failure

Duplicate payment

Amount deducted but order not confirmed

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Service-Based Refunds

Vastu consultations, analysis reports, and workshops are non-refundable once booked.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, you may request a new date (subject to availability).
